The modules are NOT sequential. That means you can study them in ANY order. I recommend you do one module per week for the next 5 weeks.

Go back over the modules again in 3 months because your answers may get better as you apply these strategies.

2) Choose a module that will be most useful to you first...
3) Set aside 20-40 minutes to watch the video...
4) Set aside 20-40 minutes to work through the exercise...
5) Over the next 7 days implement just ONE thing you have learned from the module during the week...
6) After a week choose your next module to study and implement...
IMPLEMENTATION is the key.
